Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
There’s no need to tidy beforehand. I work with your space as it is so I can truly understand how it’s used and design systems that suit your everyday life no judgments, just calm, practical support.
What if I’m embarrassed about my mess
You are not alone. Clutter builds when life is full, that’s normal. I’ve worked in many homes and create a safe, judgement free space where we focus on calm solutions, not criticism.
How long will it take to organise my home?
Every space is unique. Timing depends on the area, the amount of content, and how you want the space to function. I’ll give you a clear estimate during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
What happens to the things I want to get rid of?
We sort items into categories like keep, donate, or recycle. If you’d like, I can take items away for donation or recycling on the same day for a small fee making the process smoother for you.
Do you bring storage products?
Yes. I can source and recommend storage that suits your space, style, and budget. We’ll choose solutions that feel intentional and make your systems easy to maintain.
What rooms do you organise?
I organise spaces of all kinds, from kitchens and wardrobes to playrooms, utility areas, home offices, and more. If a space feels overwhelming, I can help it work better for you.
Is this a cleaning service?
I clean areas before they are reset but my work focuses on designing home systems that save time and reduce mental load. I create practical, long term organisation that supports how your household functions.
Do I need to prepare before you come?
No preparation is required. I work discreetly and efficiently within lived in homes, guiding the process without judgement.
How long does the organising last?
All systems are designed to be easy to maintain and realistic for everyday life, focusing on sustainability rather than short term results.
Can you organise my entire home?
Yes. Whole home projects are delivered in stages following a short consultation to ensure a thoughtful, tailored approach.

Payment
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Invoices are sent electronically, and payment can be made by bank transfer or card, whichever is easiest for you. Full payment is requested in advance of your scheduled visit.
Cancellations & Changes
I understand that plans can change. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged, as I reserve a limited number of client slots each week. Where possible, I will always try to accommodate changes with sufficient notice.
